Ambassador Houda Ezra Nonoo of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Jan Du Plain, Du Plain Enterprises, Inc.
THE OFFICIAL LAUNCH of Face2Face, a new organization that is dedicated to "creating diplomacy through the voices of women," was held at the Embassy of Bahrain in Washington, D.C., on Thursday night, October, 1. Ambassador Houda Ezra Nonoo of the Kingdom of Bahrain hosted the event, and Jan Du Plain of Du Plain Enterprises, Inc., handled arrangements for the event.
SISTER Jenna, Harriet Fulbright, Zainab Al Sawaj and Rev. Marcia Dyson - four women from extraordinary and diverse backgrounds shared their stories of faith, courage and determination during the evening.
Jan Du Plain, Du Plain Enterprises, Inc.; Sister Jenna, Director of Brahma Kumaris local branch in Washington, D.C.; and Harriet Fulbright, President of the J. William & Harriet Fulbright Center, a non-profit organization which serves to advance the work of Ms. Fulbright's late husband, Senator J. William Fulbright, and continues her own lifework.
